((OOC: Taking a break))
(( Wow, I really forgot about this place. I guess with school and life and all, I just ran out of time. I only just remembered I even had a tumblr.
But, there is something I feel I should say. While it’s been fun doing this, and it’s been great to even have been able to get followers, I just don’t have time for this right now, and I don’t have the right equipment either. The way I’ve been doing art, it takes me about 3-4 hours to upload a single piece onto a computer because I don’t have a tablet. And as far as my art, though it is improving… It’s still got a long way to go. So, I’m taking an indefinite hiatus from this blog. Hopefully in the future, As I continue to get better at art and can do things quicker, I’ll revive this ask blog or start another. For now though, I don’t think it’s right for me to ask my followers to wait as I struggle to improve my skills and my methods.
This isn’t the last you’ll here from me, though. I’ll probably make a non-ask tumblr where I can post all the art I’m working on. It won’t be digital, probably just photos/scans from my sketchbook, but it’ll be a start. I’ll probably post the link here once I’m sure what the URL is going to be. And I’ll be back to ask-blogging in a while, I just need to take some time to get better and recuperate.
I just want to give my thanks, though, to this entire community. It was great to even have some positive reception, and it was just a great community to be in. And a special thanks to all my followers, it was really uplifting to see that some people would even want to see my art. I’ll be back in the future, but for now, this is done. I’ll be around the internet in various guises, maybe even around tumblr, with the name RespectTheBlade. And I’ll make a new blog soon, I just need to prepare. I’ll be back.
